ko9 Terms & Conditions

1.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register a ko9 account. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ko9 may at any time request documentary proof of age, and failure to provide such proof within the timeframe specified by ko9 will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

1.2 You must be a natural person. Corporate or business accounts are not permitted on ko9.

1.3 Each individual may hold only one ko9 account. If ko9 identifies that a single individual holds more than one account, ko9 reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.

1.4 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. ko9 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the User.

1.5 ko9 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ko9 strongly recommends that you use a unique password not used on any other website or application.

2.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your account. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as your activity and you will be held fully responsible for it.

2.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ko9 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. ko9 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to that notification.

2.4 ko9 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ko9 immediately.

3.1 ko9 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

3.2 Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods are subject to change at ko9's discretion. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the payment page at the time of transaction.

3.3 You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals attempted via payment instruments belonging to a third party will be rejected and may result in account suspension.

3.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ko9 reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are typically 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

3.5 ko9 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees to players; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ko9 accepts no responsibility.

3.6 Any funds deposited into ko9 must not be derived from criminal activity or money laundering. ko9 is committed to detecting and reporting suspicious financial activity. Accounts found to be involved in such activity will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

4.1 ko9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published on the promotion page at the time the offer is active.

4.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

4.3 Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or using automated software — will have the bonus voided and may have their account permanently suspended.

4.4 ko9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for any promotion that is withdrawn before they have completed the qualifying criteria.

4.5 Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player is considered "new" upon their first successful deposit to a newly registered account. Players who have previously held an account on ko9 are not eligible for welcome offers, regardless of whether the previous account was closed voluntarily or by ko9.

5.1 All bets placed on ko9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform.

5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. ko9 reserves the right, however, to void any bet that was placed on erroneous odds or as a result of a technical error on the Platform.

5.3 In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of ko9's trading and settlement team shall be final. Settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic matches, or the ICC for international fixtures).

5.4 ko9 reserves the right to impose bet limits and maximum payout caps on any market at any time. Maximum payout limits for specific sports and games are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

5.5 Casino games on ko9 are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use certified random number generators. ko9 does not interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or crash game, the round will be settled based on the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection.

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ko9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

(a) Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or bonus application;
(b) Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
(c) Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of event manipulation in connection with bets placed on ko9;
(d) Colluding with other players in casino games, poker variants, or any multiplayer game on the Platform;
(e) Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
(f) Using ko9 for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal purpose;
(g) Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
(h) Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account or the Platform using your credentials.

6.2 ko9 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above may result in the immediate forfeiture of all funds in the account at the time of detection.

7.1 ko9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders directly from their account dashboard at any time.

7.2 Players who wish to temporarily pause their use of the Platform may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account will be suspended and no deposits or bets will be accepted.

7.3 Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from ko9 may submit a self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

7.4 ko9 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account permanently closed, all bets voided, and all deposits refunded minus any withdrawals already made. ko9 accepts no liability for underage access resulting from a User sharing their credentials.

8.1 All content on the ko9 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name ko9, the logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of ko9 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, translate, or distribute any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ko9.

8.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to their own terms as applied through ko9's content agreements.

9.1 ko9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ko9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.3 ko9's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ko9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.1 ko9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in that policy.

10.2 ko9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms and are never held in plain text.

10.3 ko9 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud detection services strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform and complying with applicable obligations.

11.1 You may close your ko9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

11.2 ko9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct listed in Clause 6, where the player has provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.

11.3 Where an account is terminated by ko9 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of termination may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited.

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which ko9 operates.

12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ko9, you should first contact the support team at [email protected]. ko9 aims to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

12.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ko9 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
